Optional Holiday Insurance Scheme
We recommend you to take out optional holiday cancellation insurance. In the event of cancellation of your booking we make every effort to re-let the accommodation, however, if we are unable to do so you can be held legally responsible for two-thirds of the total cost of the booking. The insurance scheme covers your liability to the hotel and also secures return of your deposit if cancellation is made for the following reasons: Death, accident or sickness to yourself or family member. Redundancy (if unknown at the time of booking).
Cancellation under the above terms will require notification. The deposits from all other reasons for cancellation will be put on hold for up to 365 days and may be utilised at any time. Deposits from bookings without holiday insurance cover will automatically be forfeited upon cancellation.
