| TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Availability
The offer of any room is subject to the room being available on receipt of deposit
2. Deposits
A booking will not be valid until it has been either confirmed in writing with a deposit or a deposit has been paid over the phone and a confirmation in writing with a receipt has been made by the Hotel. Thus unconfirmed bookings are not guaranteed.
A non-refundable deposit of £30.00 per person per stay is required and our Holiday Cancellation Insurance at £4.00 per person, per stay is recommended. Upon arrival your deposit will be credited to your account
3. Holiday Cancellation Insurance
In the event of cancellation we make every attempt to re-let your accommodation. However, if we are unable to do so you can be held legally liable for two-thirds of the total cost of the booking. The insurance scheme covers your liability to the hotel and also secures the return of your deposit if cancellation is made for the following reasons: Death, accident or sickness to yourself or a family member. Cancellation under these terms will require certification. Deposits from cancellations for any other reason will be put on hold for 365 days and can be used at anytime. Deposits from bookings without holiday insurance will be automatically forfeited upon cancellation.
4. Tariffs
The Management reserve the right to alter the tariff without notice and to decline and/or accept bookings if, in their opinion, such a course is necessary or desirable.
5. Single Sex Groups
Single sex groups are taken at the discretion of the proprietor and only if previously booked. A refundable damage and disturbance deposit of £25 per person is payable by cash on arrival.
6. Payments
We will only accept cheques for deposits paid two weeks in advance of stay. Account balances must be paid by credit, debit or switch cards or cash. Please note that payment is due on arrival.
7. Car Parking
Although reasonable care is taken the Hotel does not take any responsibility regarding guest's cars. Our car parking is limited at the busiest times.
8. Valuables
The proprietor cannot be held responsible for cash or valuables unless they are deposited in the Hotel reception and a receipt obtained
9. General
Occasionally the Management may vary the entertainment or amenities on offer. We reserve this right
- Please advise us of any access needs that you have in order that we can provide the appropriate service
- No Allowance can be made for meals not taken or rooms not occupied at anytime during your stay
10. Fire Safety
The Hotel is up to date with its fire precautions and had been granted a fire certificate.
